Směna na hotovost není možná. Poukaz lze uplatnit do jednoho roku od vystavení a pouze v rámci jednoho nákupu, nelze uplatnit po částech. Je-li hodnota zakoupeného zboží nižší než nominální hodnota uvedená na poukázce, rozdílná hodnota se nevrací.
